Hello, world!

First post from the new site anyway. I’m giving up on getting back my original .com domain for now, this is the next best thing. Should I get it back I can always add it on anyway. I’ve got a new domain, a new host, and I’m switching to the more lightweight, more compliant, and easier to manage Wordpress over the old Geeklog site. Bear with me while I get things moved over and updated. Transferring the Blogger posts to this site went well. The movie reviews will be a different story though.

Last night Mike Bouchard “debated” with junior Senator Debbie  Stabenow. If you missed the debate, you can view it online here. Here’s another good reason to vote for Bouchard:
